Hey, I'm Bernadette Schweihoff now Gottlieb, born in Gießen near Frankfurt am Main. I have been working and living in Berlin since 2014.

MY STORY
The longest I now live and work in Berlin. Before that I spent my time in Gießen, Passau, New York City and Vienna.
Since October 2021 I'm also studying graphic storytelling for my master's degree in Hamburg at the HAW with Anke Moistenberger.
In March 2022 is my Graphic novel debut 'BUSTING'- which was created under the supervision of Prof. Ulli Lust - was published by 'Edition Moderne' in Zurich.
my next work will be released in winter 2024. My special focus is on travel and interpersonal issues, as well as things that cannot be put into words. I mainly work with pencil and digital paint. I have a soft spot for paper, graphite, paint and erasers, but I also do digital commissions.
Because I not only If I want to share my knowledge with my desk, I also give workshops and hold seminars in German and in English. I have been teaching illustration as a freelance lecturer since December 2023. I'm always open to new and exciting projects: Inquiries for workshops, lectures or illustrations are welcome by email.

Since October 2021, I have been studying part-time in the Master's program 'Graphic Storytelling' in Hamburg at HAW with AnkeFeuchtenberger. In March 2022, my graphic novel debut 'TREIBEN'-which was created under the supervision of Prof. Ulli Lust-was published by 'Edition Moderne' in Zurich. My next work will be published in winter 2024. My special focus is on travel and interpersonal themes, as well as things that cannot be put into words. Mainly I work with pencil and digital colour. I have a soft spot for paper, graphite, paint and eraser marks, but also make digital commissioned work.
Since I do not only want to share my knowledge with my desk, I also give workshops and hold seminars in German and in English. Since 2022 I am working as an independent lecturer in Illustration.
